Our validation process consists of three core parts:

We handle all aspects of the testing process, including recruiting and managing testers, securing non-disclosure agreements and obtaining GDPR consent, as well as finding appropriate locations for the tests.

Experience insights:

After the testing is complete, we provide a report of key findings and video statements, including a root-cause analysis of any negative experiences and recommendations for improvement.
